Information we collect

When you request a free guide preview, purchase a digital guide, or contact us, ANA Studio collects your first name, last name, and email address, along with the guide you requested and any campaign or referral information (such as UTM parameters) that brought you to the site.

When you visit our website or submit a form, our systems may automatically collect limited technical information including your public IP address, browser or device information, date and time, referring source, requested resource, submission activity, and approximate geographic information derived from your network connection. Approximate location may include country, state or region, city or metropolitan area, timezone and an approximate postal or ZIP code when our hosting infrastructure makes that information available. This is network-based geolocation, not GPS tracking, and is not intended to identify your exact home address or precise physical location.

IP addresses, approximate location & website security

We use technical information to operate and secure the website, detect and prevent fraudulent, deceptive, automated or abusive activity, protect digital resources, investigate suspicious activity and security incidents, identify repeated submissions, and maintain internal business and geographic analytics. We may create salted, one-way hashes or other pseudonymous identifiers from IP addresses to recognize repeated activity without using the raw IP as an ordinary marketing profile field.

Raw IP addresses associated with form and security activity are kept in restricted security records, separate from ordinary CRM marketing fields. Our standard security retention period for those raw-IP records is generally up to 90 days. We may retain a security record longer when reasonably necessary for an active investigation, repeated abuse, enforcement of our rights, legal obligations or dispute preservation. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that need the information for these purposes.

Recent guide activity

Your first name and approximate general location may appear in our public “Recent Guide Access” feed. We never display your last name, email address, exact address, ZIP code, payment amount, or whether access was free or paid. You can opt out of public activity at any time by replying to any ANA Studio email or contacting us through our contact page.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver the free preview or complete guide you requested by email.
• Send occasional ANA Studio updates and marketing emails.
• Record successful guide access for delivery, reporting, and support.
• Understand which resources, services, pages and campaigns generate interest in ANA Studio.
• Analyze first-party website activity and purchasing intent to improve our services and marketing.
• Detect suspicious submissions, fake-email abuse, repeated requests, automated activity, unauthorized access and other security threats.
• Understand general geographic interest in ANA Studio resources and services using approximate location information, and tailor store or sourcing recommendations to a general area.

Service providers

To operate our business, secure the website and deliver guides, your information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, security, payment processing, email delivery and related business operations, including Base44, Cloudflare, Stripe and our email provider. We use these providers to perform services for ANA Studio. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Local storage

Your browser stores a small amount of data in localStorage to cache the recent-activity feed and remember your position in it between visits. This is a functional feature and does not require a separate cookie banner. No advertising or behavioral tracking pixels are activated by this feature.

Email marketing

Promotional emails include a working unsubscribe link, a valid ANA Studio sender identity, and an accurate subject line. The immediate guide-delivery email may contain your product delivery first; any follow-up promotional messages follow standard email-marketing requirements.

Appointment reminders and support

When you separately and voluntarily opt in, ANA Studio may send SMS/text and WhatsApp messages related to an appointment or service you requested, such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, project or service updates, and customer support. Messaging consent is optional and is not required to book an appointment or purchase a service. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with ANA Studio. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for help.

Mobile phone numbers and messaging consent records are used for ANA Studio's messaging and service operations. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to provide messaging, hosting, security, or related operational services on our behalf.

International visitors

ANA Studio is based in the United States and our website may be accessed from other countries. Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we process technical and security information as necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and securing the website, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining business records and understanding use of our services, subject to applicable privacy rights. Information may be processed in the United States and by service providers operating in other jurisdictions.

• Correction of your information.
• Deletion of your data where applicable.

Security & retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information we maintain. Commercial and access records are retained as reasonably necessary for delivery, customer history, support, analytics and accounting. Raw-IP security records are generally retained for up to 90 days and then removed through our retention process unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active security matter, legal obligation, dispute or protection of our rights. We limit access to security information and do not use raw security IP logs as ordinary CRM marketing fields.
