Data Deletion
How to request deletion of information ANA Studio received through this website or our Instagram integration.
Request deletion
To request deletion of personal information associated with ANA Studio, email contact@anastudio.us with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address you used with ANA Studio and, if your request relates to Instagram, your Instagram username.
What we will delete
After we verify the request, we will delete personal information we are not required to retain, including eligible website lead records and Instagram-derived interaction records stored by ANA Studio, such as usernames, comment identifiers, message-event metadata, and automation logs associated with the requesting person.
Information we may retain
Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or contractual obligations. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Instagram permissions
You can also remove ANA Studio’s authorized access from your Instagram account through Instagram’s Apps and Websites settings. Removing authorization stops future access through that authorization, but it does not by itself delete information already stored by ANA Studio; use the deletion request process above for that.
